More swim team...

So I am sad to see swim team come to an end but totally LOVED it and am planning to check into a winter team!  We had our last meet against Tega Cay (where we just moved from and the team that holds many records and wins year after year)...I came in 4th over all in 6U Freestyle!  Not to brag but I was the only 5 year old...hoping next year I will be wicked fast and top dog!! I was excited DiDi was visiting and there to cheer me on! Anyway, lots of fun and looking forward to our last practice tomorrow followed by an ice-cream party and the big end of the season celebration on July 14th!

What an awesome way to celebrate my departure from Ivybrook Academy and get excited about my new adventures as I head off to Kindergarten in the Fall!  

SWIM TEAM...Palisades Piranhas

So, I am trying out a new sport and loving it!  I am on the swim team this Summer and it has been alot of fun and a new challenge for sure.  I am happy to report the first time i was timed on freestyle my time was 1.00.16(May 31st) and my time in the meet this past Thursday night was 33.80!  I also swim backstroke and even though the meet was called Thursday due to bad weather, my time has improved from 1.26 to 50.69!  I get to go to the pool 4 times a week for practice, twice a week for meets and have been playing at the pool in between!
