Happy 10th Birthday to Luey!!

So we had a little canine style party for our beloved Luey. I picked out the cake and Daddy picked up the "Frosty Paws" ice cream. I am so happy DiDi is here to celebrate with us too. Luey was most excited about his new heated blanket and I was most excited he & KoKo was willing to wear the party hats...LOL! A REALLY fun place to play!!

Mommy's new "mommy group" let her in on a few secrets about fun places to go so today we ventured out to the first one on the list...what a hit it was. This place is close by in Charlotte, NC and I feel sure we will go back. Me and Mommy played in the water from 11-3...man do I love having Fridays off from school.

My new hockey place...

So I was super excited to try out a new hockey program...I LOVED IT!! I will be playing on Monday nights from 6:30-7:30pm and I qualified as a "4 star". I had to show up yesterday and be evaluated(whatever that means). I got dressed and was tossed out in the rink with a bunch of guys and was told by Coach Kyle to "show him what I got". He was apparently thinking I would qualify as a "star 2 or 3" given my age but he said I was a "4 star"(out of 5) no doubt!! My first big practice is tonight but I enjoyed playing in the "pick-up" rink yesterday for almost 2 hours. Not sure if anyone else watches the Lego ninja show that just premiered last week but I LOVE IT!! By the way, my ninja name is "Zane"...not insane like Mommy says in the video below!

I love living closer to TN!!!

Living closer to Tennessee has so many benefits when it comes to seeing many friends and family more often. This past weekend is a perfect example of awesomeness!! Bevie and Dave came to our house...they live in Knoxville so they are even closer than everyone that lives in Chattanooga!! We had so much fun playing, showing off my new Christmas stuff and just hanging out. Check out the cool Lego Star Wars set AND a Star Wars lunchbox with sandwich cutters. I have had spaceship sandwiches for days!!!

back to some Christmas fun!!

I know, I know it is almost mid January but it is busy around here. Anyway, we had a wonderful time in Tennessee and much of my time was spent with my cousin Katelyn...SO MUCH FUN!!!!! On Thursday the 29th everyone gathered at Nana's house for dinner, gifts and alot of playing. I got to spend time with my cousins, my Uncle "Jovas"...Joseph, Mamaw, James, Nana and the list goes on.
